Swimming Lessons for Schools

We offer swimming lessons for schools, helping students build confidence, improve their swimming skills and develop essential water safety knowledge. As a Water Safety New Zealand accredited provider, we can deliver the Water Skills for Life programme, alongside swimming lessons tailored to suit a range of abilities.

Lessons for students who are new or nervous in the water through to confident swimmers wanting to improve their technique.

Our 25-minute lessons operate at a 1:10 instructor-to-student ratio and can be arranged in two ways:

We come to your school pool – $6.50 per child, per lesson

Your school comes to a Fulton Swim School pool – $7.50 per child, per lesson

If your students have additional support needs, please enquire with our Support Office to discuss how we can best accommodate your group.

All school bookings and enquiries can be arranged through our Support Office.

Preschool Swimming Programme

We offer swimming lessons for preschool groups, giving children the opportunity to build confidence in the water, develop early swimming skills and learn important water safety skills in a fun and supportive environment. Our Preschool Swimming Programme is available for children aged 3 years and over and is organised directly with your preschool or early childhood centre.

Lessons operate at a 1:6 instructor-to-child ratio, allowing our instructors to provide plenty of support while helping children become more comfortable and independent in the water.

Preschool Programme Pricing

$72.00 per lane, per lesson

Bookings are made for a full school term, providing consistency for children and allowing them to build their skills and confidence from week to week.

Homeschool Group Swimming Lessons

Our Homeschool Swimming Programme gives school-aged children the opportunity to develop their swimming and water safety skills during the day, while learning through our Fulton Swim School Learn to Swim programme.

Designed for swimmers aged 5 years and over, our homeschool groups cater for a range of abilities, from children building their confidence in the water through to swimmers developing their technique and progressing through our levels.

Lessons operate at a 1:6 instructor-to-student ratio and are currently available during the day at our Patumahoe and Papamoa locations.

Homeschool Programme Pricing

$120 per swimmer, per school term

Families can book directly into an available Homeschool group, making it easy to join the programme without needing to organise a larger homeschool group.

Homeschool lessons are offered at a reduced term rate and makeup lessons or makeup tokens are not available for missed classes.

Have your own homeschool group?
If you have a group of homeschool families who would like to swim together, we may also be able to arrange a private group booking. Contact our Support Office to discuss your group, swimming abilities and available options.
