Race Galas

Our Race Gala is a fun and friendly introduction to competitive swimming, giving swimmers the chance to experience racing in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Held twice a year, the Race Gala is open to swimmers in Pirates or Transformers level and above, depending on the Fulton Swim School site. It’s a great opportunity for children to put the skills they’ve been learning in lessons into action, build confidence and experience the excitement of racing—without the pressure of a formal competition.

Race options include:

1 or 2 lengths Freestyle

1 or 2 lengths Backstroke

1 length Breaststroke

Entry is just $10 per swimmer, with 100% of proceeds donated to charity.

Each Race Gala supports a selected charity, with previous proceeds donated to organisations including Ronald McDonald House, Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Cure Kids and Swim It Forward.

Whether it’s their first-ever race or another chance to challenge themselves, our Race Gala is all about having fun, building confidence, celebrating progress and supporting a great cause at the same time.
