Hi Papamoa Families!
I’m Vicki and I am excited to come on board with Fulton Swim School as the new Team Leader! My life has been swimming and lets just say spans over 40years!
I was a competitive swimmer and trained under some of New Zealand’s top Coaches like Hisachi Inomata who worked with our Olympian Swimmers, John Beaumont who was a legend in Havelock North for many years and Burt Cotterill in Hawkes Bay. I have owned 2 private swim schools in Auckland before taking on the role as manager at King’s Swim School in Remuera. This was my “Home at Home” as I was fortunate to live on Site for 15 years. My partner was set on moving to Papamoa 3 years ago but I wasn’t ready to leave. The Swim School was my family and it was a very emotional decision to leave.
After working in other roles, the minute I met with Dan and Kimberley, I knew I had found my new family!! I am addicted to the Beach, and my Pug Harley, so you may have seen me around Papamoa East as I am a regular walker!
I look forward to meeting with you all so come up and say hi!
Hi, My name is Kerry. I've been a Swim Teacher for nearly 20 years. I love seeing the children progress in their swimming, going from shy preschoolers to happy, excited children in the pool! I'm looking forward to teaching your children.
Hi, I'm Kirrily. I have been teaching swimming for 6 years. I have a 14 year old daughter and 11 year old son. When I was younger I qualified for the age nationals in swimming in Australia where I grew up. I love being in the water, it’s my happy place.
Hi my name is Rebecca, I am currently living in Papamoa with my husband and three sons. I started competitive swimming when I was 8 years old and started teaching swimming when I was 14 so it is safe to say that swimming is one of my favourite things to do. My other interests include the beach, reading, being active outdoors and I have a major sweet tooth!
I look forward to seeing you at the pool.
Hey, I'm Elaina. I've been a swimming instructor for a year now. I feel that it is very important for children to have the skill of being able to swim. I also enjoy working with children as I have previously worked in a daycare. One of my favorite things about teaching swimming is when my kids are able to master or improve on their swimming skills.
Hi, I'm Stacey. A mother of five, grandmother to five I have enjoyed teaching my own kids and grandchildren how to swim. I value family time and spending time with the people that are most important to me. I very much look forward to watching my grandkids grow and thrive in the future.
Hi I'm Ange, most of our local families may know me from Beach Kidz or seen me around the pool here teaching over the years. I have been teaching learn to swim for nearly 15 years with a passion in teaching water safety skills and confidence to preschool aged children. I look forward to meeting you all and spending time with your children in the pool.
Hey, I'm Pearl. I've always been a swimmer myself and played a lot of water polo. I feel like swimming is a super important skill to learn and can be super fun. In my spare time I am at the gym or swimming at Papamoa beach. I love teaching the life skill of swimming and can't wait to see you at the pool.
Hi, I'm Bri! I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education at the University of Waikato, I have grown up spending time around the water and am passionate about working with kids! I look forward to seeing you and your families at the pool.
I have a passion for the water. From being a competitive swimmer and surf life saver since i was 6 years old, I have also been a lifeguard, beach and pool. My love for the water also grows through my hobbies which are surfing, going to the lake and just general swimming. I also love the snow and snowboarding in Winter!
I look forward to teaching the life skill of swimming!
Mum to a little boy Hadley, live in Mount Maunganui, love to spend weekends at the beach and enjoy staying active

Hi! My name is Katelyn. I am a Canadian living and working in New Zealand. I graduated from University in 2021 and decided to travel and move to New Zealand toward the end of 2023. Growing up, I played ice hockey, sprinted track and skied. I love music, adventuring with friends & family at home; including my beautiful labrador retriever, baking, and swimming. I am always looking for a new challenge to develop myself as well as my abilities and I am looking forward to learning how to become a great swim instructor. I am also really looking forward to learning how to surf while in New Zealand. Come say hi to me! :)
