We have created an office space offsite from our pools which is solely dedicated to helping you contact us more efficiently and delivering you customer service excellence
This frees up our poolside team to spend more time with you in and around the pool, focusing on your swimming lesson experience, ensuring progression and satisfaction while at the pool
You can book lessons 24/7 using our website if you are a new customer or via our app if you are part of our FSS family already
Our customer portal /app show you our timetables, progression reports and what is coming up in the FSS world
