Regan has worked so hard in his pirates class this term !

He has now managed to get his arms and legs working nice and straight with both his freestyle and backstroke and has built up his stamina so he no longer needs to take as many breaks.

And being able to now breath on both sides has made such a difference to his swimming and made freestyle a lot easier - just a bit more work on his sidekick and it\'ll be perfect so keep working hard!

Amelie has only been in crabs for a month and is already catching on quickly to her side kick which she can do added and starting to be able to do unaided.
