TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE - FULTON SWIM SCHOOL


SERVICES
The Fulton Swim School provides comprehensive water safety and learn to swim programmes. Each programme is arranged separately and is charged for in accordance with our prices which may vary during the year. Please contact us for further information on prices and for lesson timetables.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All bookings are confirmed once you have received your invoice from the Fulton Swim School. Fees are to be paid by the due date set out in the invoice. By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree with our terms and conditions of trade.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Methods of payment are cash, cheque, eftpos, automatic payment and visa.

SWIMMING GEAR
All swimmers must wear goggles and caps. These are available for purchase at the swim school facility.

PARENTAL SUPERVISION
Safety of children/swimmers at Fulton Swim School is of primary concern. To reduce the risk of accidents, safety measures are in place at the Fulton Swim School facility. However, it is the parent's or caregiver's responsibility to ensure the children's safety at all times while on Fulton Swim School's premises.

PUBLIC AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
There will be no lessons on public holidays. Fulton Swim School may operate with extended hours during the school holidays at the discretion of the Fulton Swim School.

MISSED LESSONS
In the event that a child is unable to attend a lesson and reasonable notice has been given to Fulton Swim School of that child's non-attendance, then Fulton Swim School will endeavour to re-allocate the missed lesson. A refund will only be given at the sole discretion of Fulton Swim School.

Lessons will not be re-allocated if there is a failure to attend or a late arrival to a lesson and no notice has been given to Fulton Swim School.

Fulton Swim School needs to be notified immediately if a child is ill or has been involved in an accident.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel a booking, then you will need to notify Fulton Swim School at least two weeks prior to commencement of lessons. Failure to provide this notice will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee payable and/or deducted from the course fees paid prior to a refund being made.

GROUP BOOKINGS
For all group bookings, Fulton Swim School is to be advised at least two weeks prior to commencement of lessons if the number of children attending has been reduced from the original booking. If no notice has been provided as set out above, then full payment for the number of children originally booked will still be required. This term and condition applies to all group bookings whether the booking is for one lesson or a series of lessons over a term.

PRIVACY POLICY
Fulton Swim School reserves the right to collect personal information from you for the purposes of enrolment. This information will be used to assist us in providing swim school services and for any other purpose you may authorise. Fulton Swim School undertakes to maintain your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and any subsequent amendments or variations thereof.
